Whenever I have an upset stomach, I make this dish. It’s easy to make, as all ingredients are boiled and then tossed together.
I am not a big fan of quinoa, but I give it a try every now and then. It’s relatively easy to make and I like the cumin scented veggies. President’s Choice quinoa boxes come with the full recipe – worth giving it a try when you feel like eating healthy (and you ran out of ideas). I am not going to reproduce the recipe here since it’s photographed below.
Here’s another way of cooking ground bison. The dish is not very complicated, but it will require at least 2 pots and one pan to prepare… You’ll need: 1 cup of white rice, 300 gr ground bison, 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, 1 onion, 3-4 garlic cloves, oil, cooking wine, salt, pepper, basil and parsley (optional: saffron threads).
