Easy snack: raspberry parfait

Well, not a real parfait, but there’s no need to be fussy over names… This little beauty is sweet, tasty and healthy. Really, can you ask for more?


Fresh raspberries parfait.


    2 Tbsp fresh raspberries
    3 Tbsp yogurt
    1 Tbsp muesli
    Agave syrup or honey
    Flax seeds oil (entirely optional, unless you are a health freak)


    Put muesli in a small bowl.
    Add raspberries, agave syrup and flax seeds oil.
    Top with yogurt, mix well and don’t eat too fast.
