Well, not a real parfait, but there’s no need to be fussy over names… This little beauty is sweet, tasty and healthy. Really, can you ask for more?
- 2 Tbsp fresh raspberries
- 3 Tbsp yogurt
- 1 Tbsp muesli
- Agave syrup or honey
- Flax seeds oil (entirely optional, unless you are a health freak)
- Put muesli in a small bowl.
- Add raspberries, agave syrup and flax seeds oil.
- Top with yogurt, mix well and don’t eat too fast.
