Eating out too much? Not enough time to cook every single day? Concerned about your calorie intake? There’s no easy solution – but planning your meals always helps.

With demanding and exhausting full-time jobs, there’s simply no time for us to cook in the evenings. But we do plan ahead and devote Sunday afternoons to cooking. We always try to go for simple, tasty, low-fat and quick dishes that can feed two for (almost) a week – we usually eat out for lunch once a week.
