Yogurt Salmon

This is an easy way of cooking salmon that I got from Martha Stewart website (the nice version with pics here). The yogurt crust kept the moisture in, so the fish stayed very tender. Did I mention it is so easy to make? You’ll need: a piece of salmon filet with skin, 2 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp mustard, parsley, dill, salt and pepper. I think you can also use your own combination of dried herbs.


  1. All you have to do is place salmon filet skin down in a baking tray
  2. Mix yogurt, mustard, dried herbs, salt and pepper, and spread over salmon.
  3. Bake in the oven (350F) for 15-20 minutes (or until done).
